I have been using Jupiter Cars for the past four months for work and have made 100+ bookings through them, the majority of which have been airport transfers. In all these bookings I can only remember one incident where I didn't have a perfect booking and that was partly due to a miscommunication on my behalf. Even still they did all they could to rectify the situation.
This is a great company with brilliant and attentive staff who are quick to respond to any booking or query I make. Although I rarely have experienced the journeys first hand I have never had a negative comment from the 20-30 different passengers I book the cars for. They are always on time (early in fact) and communicate brilliantly if there are any issues (which again, there rarely is).
I do find sending an email with my booking request easier than trying to make a booking over the phone, as you tend to get put on hold and then have to repeat all the details again to a different member of staff. But that is my only negative (and something I can easily look over).
Overall, if you are needing a taxi to and from Heathrow, just book with Jupiter.
