For Meet & Greet Pickup, our meeting point inside arrival hall Terminal-2 is Cafe Nero Express. Terminal-3 is WH Smith and Terminal 4 & 5 is Costa Coffee.

Please switch on your mobile phone as soon as you land. It will allow you to receive an automated text message with driver & vehicle details. Your Meet & Greet driver will stand inside arrival hall with your name board.

This is very important for you to switch on your mobile phone after landing. Our automated system will send you text message. Information with driver name, vehicle make, model and car registration number. You will also be able to track your driver via link provided in text message

If you are using WhatsApp or Viber, please mention it during booking process. You can do this over the phone, email or under driver notes provided in online booking form.

Saloon car is similar to sedan in US. Normal saloon car can take 4 passengers and 2 medium size luggage.

You can only travel with assistance dogs with no extra charges.

Yes, we do have wheelchair access vehicles. However due to high demand and limited vehicles you do need to book in advance.

One week notice is required for us to organize multilingual drive.

You will receive an automated e-receipt after the journey. Please make sure we have your valid email address. We advise our customers to check e-receipt to make sure you have paid correct fare.

Please ask our driver to provide you paper receipt after the journey, however he will not be able to give you blank receipt.

Our online booking system sends you automated booking confirmation. If you are booking over the phone, please provide us with your email address for confirmation.

You are advised to read booking confirmation properly, and in case any errors please reply us back immediately.

For your safety and security, Police doesn’t allow to pick up any passenger from departures. If you are not booking meet & greet, please call us after you have collected your luggage, and make your way to short stay car park.

No, we offer private hire, you will not be sharing vehicle with other passenger

You can choose your pickup time after you land. Please mention it during booking process. We offer you 30 minutes free waiting time for airport pickup, and 10 minutes for local pickup

There are no cancellation charges if you cancel your ride 2 hours before pickup time, thereafter full charges will apply.

According to Child Seat Law, you can travel in taxi, minicab or private hire vehicles without child seat on rear seat. If you require child seat please specify age of children during booking process.

All fares are exclusive tips, gratuities are not compulsory. If you do decide to pay, you can pay cash directly to the driver alternatively you can pay by card using Worldpay.Com secure link.

There are no extra charges. But in 99% cases passengers clear customs and collect bags within 40min after landing time. As we check flight status regularly so once your flight has landed you will have 40min free waiting time and thereafter we charge £18 per hour.

To avoid extra waiting time simply request a driver half hour after landing time or one hour after landing time.  Remember you will still have 40min free after specific time you are requesting.
