  • Is my Fare Fixed?
  • Our fares are fixed irrelevant of traffic, weather or any other factors, we do not Surcharge!
  • Where will I Meet My Driver?
  • Jupiter Cars Meeting points inside arrival hall Terminal-2 Café is Nero Express, Terminal-3 is WH Smith and Terminal 4 & 5 is Costa Coffee
  • How will I find the Driver?
  • Our Meet and Greet driver will stand in arrival's hall with your name clearly displayed on one of our branded name boards, Jupiter drivers only use an official Jupiter name board, which makes our drivers easily identifiable to you, so be sure to look out for the name board with the Jupiter Cars logo
  • Will I Get Text Message on My Mobile?
  • This is very important for you to have your Local or International Number On soon as you’ve Landed You will receive text message on your mobile phone informing you with your driver’s name, make and model of vehicle and the registration plate, to make sure you getting in
  • Can I use Whatsapp or Viber to Contact Driver?

  • What is Standard Saloon Car?
  • In UK Saloon Car is similar to sedan car in USA, A normal Saloon can take 4 Passengers and 2 Medium Size Luggage, Please let us know at your earliest convenience, if the number of passengers travelling will be more than (4) Four in total or if your luggage will be in excess of (2 medium) size cases. This will give us time to arrange a vehicle more tailored for the excess.
  • What if my flight has Delayed or Landed early?
  • Our unique flight monitoring live-track system constantly monitors your flights status, and instantly informs us once your flight has landed. When our system shows us the status "Bags are delivered", our driver will be dispatched into the arrivals hall to greet you. This is to ensure you won’t be charged any additional parking or waiting charges.
  • Flying from US?
  • Please note from USA you can simply dial US Local Number 001 (205) 536-9164 and it will be answered directly in London, You can store this number in your phone directory as this is Jupiter Cars dedicated number for our US customers so they don’t have to dial international number
  • What Information I need to provide to confirm My booking?
  • If you wish to proceed with booking, We will need, Pickup Date, Pickup Time, Passenger Name, Passenger Mobile Phone, Number of Passengers, Number of Luggage and Flight Detail if your pickup from Airport
  • Can I Pay by Cash?
  • We do not ask customers to pay upfront. You can pay cash directly to our driver after the journey
  • Can I Pay by Card?
  • If you would like to pay by Card simply request and we will send you Secure www.worldpay.com Link it will allow you to use your Visa, Master or Amex Card with an extra 5% card processing fee
  • How Can I Get Payment Receipt?
  • To make sure our automated system will send you an e-Receipt once journey is completed, Please make sure we have your correct email address. We always recommend our customers to check e-Receipt to make sure you’ve paid correct fare
  • Can I Have Paper Receipt?
  • All our drivers are equipped with Paper Receipts, Please feel free to ask Driver after the Journey. Please note we will not be able to give you blank receipt.
  • How will I Get Booking Confirmation?
  • Once we have all required information, i.e. Passenger Name, Passenger mobile number, Flight Number, Pickup Time, Pickup Date, Number of Passengers and Luggage, Our automated System will send you Booking Confirmation
    We recommend all our Customers MUST READ booking confirmation to make sure there are no errors and we hold correct information about your pickup time/date and pickup/dropoff address
  • What is Heathrow Parking Charges?
  • For all passenger safety and security, Heathrow and London Police don’t allow drivers to pick up any passengers from outside. Jupiter driver will park his car and will meet you inside arrival hall

  • Would my vehicle be shared with other passenger?
  • No, we offer private transfers and you won't be sharing your vehicle with any person other passenger
  • How long would the driver wait for me?
  • Do not panic, We are situated right next to Heathrow Airport with 250 Vehicles all over London, We only send driver inside Airport once you’ve landed and your bags are delivered, You will find your driver inside with Nameboard on specific meeting Point, if for some reason you can't find driver, you can simply dial our 24/7 Customer Support Line +44 20 7266 5555 and member of our team will locate the driver
  • What is the cancellation policy for your service?
  • We do not charge any cancellation as far as booking is been cancelled two hours in advance from pickup time
  • Do I need to pay for flight delays?
  • There is no extra charge and in 99% cases Passenger cleared customers and collect bags within 40min after landing time, As we check flight status regularly so once your flight has landed you will have 40min free waiting time and thereafter we charge £18 per hour
    To avoid extra waiting time simply request a driver half hour after landing time or one hour after landing time, Remember you will still have 40min free after specific time you are requesting
  • Travelling with kids, do you offer car seats for children?
  • If you are travelling with Children according to UK Law all Private Hire and Taxis are exempt with Child Seats as far as children are not sitting on front passenger seat next to the driver, for further information Please visit following Link: https://www.gov.uk/child-car-seats-the-rules/using-a-child-car-seat-or-booster-seat
    However you can still request Child Seat or Booster Seat at the time of making booking, and we will be happy to provide you Baby Seats or Booster Seats
  • Is your rate includes driver's gratuity?
  • Your fare are exclusive tips, Gratuity are not Compulsory, It’s entirely up to you to pay Gratuity to our drivers either via Cash or Card
  • Do I have Any Hidden Charges?
  • There is no hidden charge or Extra Charge apart from fare you’ve agreed at the time of making your booking, if you think you’ve been overcharged by driver must contact us immediately on infos@jupitercars.com or call us on our 24/7 Customer Support Link +44 20 7266 5555
