We believe in building trust and long term relationship with all our clients individual or corporate small or large. We respect all our clients and stakeholders. We strive to continuously improve our services and we review our clients/customers suggestions and complaints in order to improve ourselves

WE MAKE SURE THAT:

All our clients can easily make complaints. We treat all the complaints as a matter of dissatisfaction of clients with our services.
We immediately respond to all complaints with politeness, promptness and with confidence.
We respond to all the complaints with an explanation of what might have gone wrong and apologize to them or take any necessary action.
We learn from these complaints and take steps towards improvement of our services in those areas especially. Our complaint policy is reviewed annually.
We make sure that all the complaints are quickly resolved and always try to keep the matter within low keys. We work as a mediator and when required between our customer and the person regarding whom the complaint is launched.
We always try to solve the matter through informal approach but also follow formal complaints procedure when required.
Complaint according to Jupiter Cars & Couriers is a matter of dissatisfaction of our client with any of our services, staff or member. We believe in dealing with all these complaints in fair manner and try to satisfy our client with all possible efforts.
